Katherine Adamenko, CHC, has been passionate about moving her body her entire life as a ballerina, bodybuilder, and Japanese butoh dancer. Throughout, yoga has been a wonderful grounding force in her life and her passion for teaching led to her to become a 200 hour RYT through Azaya Yoga. She enjoys bringing uplifting and energizing classes to her students of all levels and ages. As a certified wellness coach, Katherine helps clients to realize and achieve their healthy dreams.
